Woman preparing a healthy meal in her kitchen

Fast Weight Loss Diet Plan helps everyday people lose weight in a way that is safe, realistic and backed by evidence. Despite the name, we are not about crash diets. “Fast” for us means getting to work quickly with simple habits you can start today, not losing weight at a rate that harms your health.

What we publish

  • Diet Tips – short, practical habits from our popular Instagram series, expanded into full guides.
  • Meal Plans – sample days and weeks built around a moderate calorie deficit and plenty of protein and fiber.
  • Recipes – simple, filling meals you can make on a weeknight.
  • Nutrition Basics – plain-English explanations of calories, protein, fiber, sugar and more.
  • Exercises – beginner-friendly bodyweight and strength moves with step-by-step form cues.

Our approach

Most health authorities, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), describe a gradual rate of about 0.5–1 kg (1–2 lb) per week as safe for most adults. People who lose weight at that pace are more likely to keep it off. Everything we publish is built around that principle: a modest calorie deficit, enough protein, lots of vegetables and fruit, regular movement, and good sleep.

How we create content

Our articles are researched from reputable sources such as peer-reviewed studies, government health agencies and professional nutrition organizations, and we link to those sources so you can read them yourself. We review and update articles when the evidence changes. We do not accept payment to recommend products, and we clearly label any affiliate links or sponsored content.
